One of Grand Chute’s biggest development projects is inching closer to the starting line. The WG&R Furniture-owned development is a 29-acre property at the northeast corner of W. Wisconsin Avenue and Interstate 41, on the site of the former National Envelope factory. Besides the future WG&R Furniture flagship store, it has space for additional commercial development that could include a mix of stores, a restaurant and a hotel.
