Village to break ground on three developments

Dairy Queen, condos, business park included in event

The Village of Waterford will host groundbreaking ceremonies for a trio of new developments – including a Dairy Queen restaurant – on Wednesday, Jan. 22.

A new business park and condominium complex round out the new developments. The projects will add an approximate value of $4.2 million to the village property tax rolls, according to village officials.

All three proposed projects are located along Highway 36 in the area between Sixth Street and South Seventh Street. The groundbreaking ceremonies will begin at 1:30 p.m. in the area of South Seven Street....
