Ken Notes: Tom again is on topic. I hope we revisit a much more robust apprenticeship program, and I would like to see my idea of a tax credit for interest on student loans coming directly off Wisconsin taxes. Oh and a non political tax credit for NEW jobs not the current who knows who system of working with WEDC and the legislature.
