![]() Scott Walker was in La Crosse County again. The Wisconsin governor was Onalaska celebrating another business project that will be financed with incentives from the state. Walker stopped at Dynamic Recycling to promote a $20-million expansion project for the company. It`s not nearly as big as Foxconn might become, but Dynamic is getting incentives similar to what the Taiwanese company has been promised by Madison. Dynamic will build a 140,000-square-foot facility with help from $535,000 in tax credits over the next four years through the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC).
