New development in Fox Valley receives support from WEDC

MADISON, WI. Oct. 24, 2017 – The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) announced today that it has provided state tax credits to Nestlé Dreyer’s Ice Cream Company, a division of Nestlé USA (“Nestlé”), to support a distribution center expansion in Little Chute.

Construction is now completed on a 300,000-square-foot cold storage distribution facility that Nestlé will lease from Hickory Drive Holdings LLC. The new facility, located on County Highway N north of I-41, is currently operational.

Ken Notes: This is good, but I must add that Nestle is the largest dairy operation in the world (as well as the Worlds largest food and beverage company) and one of the most profitable as well. We are the dairy State why not work with our local producers, not that a local producer in the Fox Valley is not local, just that the real profits go to Switzerland.
