Bipartisan bill would make it a felony to defraud WEDC

Two lawmakers are seeking support for a bipartisan effort that would make it a felony to defraud the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp.

Ken Notes: I am not sure that the fraud is intentional. A new or expanding business is told to place it`s best foot forward. It is like your resume you don`t mention everything. But if you can prove it was intentional I guess the law will help a little... A better idea, change the way the grants are made...
