Ken Notes:Great list and details! I noticed they did not include the TIF portion of project investment, this is OK because it is not State dollars or WEDC dollars, but is obviously a substantial part of the "Deal". I would love to see this included as a reference with a note about any development agreements guaranteeing value. A missing part of the state statutes on TIF laws in my opinion (i.e. no requirement for development agreement)...
