City of Manitowoc receives $98,000 state grant to support redevelopment of River Point District

MADISON, WI. JUNE 2, 2021 – The Brownfield Site Assessment Grant (SAG) from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) will help prepare the 7.7-acre site to be redeveloped as part of the larger 20.1-acre River Point District Redevelopment Plan.
