SUPERIOR — The site where the Days Inn once stood along East Second Street could soon be home to a new mixed-use development called Bluewater Flats.
Kaizen Companies plans to raze the remaining structure to develop about 83 market-rate apartments and 12,000 square feet of commercial space surrounded by parking on the site in the 100 block of East Second Street.
