Ken Notes: A beautiful project but Wow, we are still building homes/apartments north of 300K and calling them affordable. We are creating an entire culture of people who will never get out of the poverty cycle because they can not afford to. We need to look at the Habitat model and smaller lower cost housing that is actually affordable for our service and retail workers. We should also offer housing options to our vets as part of their benefit package...
