Park Falls approves facade program

PARK FALLS — The city of Park Falls Committee of the Whole approved a façade improvement guidelines plan it has developed in recent weeks to work in partnership with a low-interest loan program of the Northwest Wisconsin Regional Economic Development Fund. The guidelines were approved as a resolution at the June 13 committee meeting.

“Downtown businesses can apply for a $30,000 city façade program loan from NWRPC,” said Park Falls City Administrator Brentt Michalek. “The payback is 2% over 10 years.”...
