A new proposal for West Burleigh and 112th streets in Wauwatosa could see three properties, previously the site of a car dealership, turned into a 300-unit apartment complex.Madison-based Cascade Development is heading the project and recently requested approval of a preliminary planned unit development for the complex from the Wauwatosa Plan Commission.
