Mequon-based Foxtown Brewing`s plans to build a taproom, distillery and restaurant in downtown Milwaukee are proceeding with the development site`s sale.Foxtown MKE LLC purchased the 18,840-square-foot lot, which overlooks the Milwaukee River at 412-420 N. Plankinton Ave., for $995,000.
That`s according to state real estate records posted online Tuesday. Those records name Walker`s Landing Associates as the seller....
