The funds will be made available through the State Small Business Credit Initiative, which under the federal American Rescue Plan Act is distributing $10 billion nationally. Gov. Tony Evers` plan for issuing the SSBCI money includes $50 million that will help the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. create a revolving venture capital fund to aid in the launch and expansion of startups.
