WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Big Lots, Marshalls, Harbor Freight and Five Below will fill the former Shopko building in Wisconsin Rapids.Tom Richards, a partner with Cool Investment LLC ? an Arizona-based business that purchased the building in April 2022 ? said construction will start in early spring of this year, and the four stores will aim to open in the second half of 2023 and early 2024.

Ken Notes: Shopko redevelopment has been fun to track. I love Farm & Fleet in Monroe and the Hy-Vees in Iowa are very cool. This is a nice mix as well Harbor Freight and Five Below are great stores...
