A bipartisan group of state lawmakers recently introduced a package of bills aimed at addressing Wisconsin’s affordable housing crisis.

Ken Notes: I still believe the key is working with local communities, acquiring land and controlling development. Home ownership is also a key factor. I like the Madison practice of building rental apartments to condo standards so they could eventually be sold as stand alone units.
