More development on the way: Council OKs KPW, Water Street multi-family projects


Stoughton is continuing its recent growth spurt.

The Stoughton City Council amended some zoning around the city at its Tuesday, Sept. 12 meeting to accommodate a pair of planned multi-family residential developments.

The board unanimously approved a conditional use request for 2605 Cromwell Court to allow multiple principal buildings on a lot and more than 12 residential units per building, as well as a certified survey map for that property and the rear portion of 2500 Jackson Street, at the Tru Hilton site in the Kettle Park West development...
