MADISON – Gov. Tony Evers has appointed Sachin Shivaram, CEO of Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry in Manitowoc, to serve as chair of the Governor`s Council on Workforce Investment (CWI). Shivaram, who previously served as the CWI vice chair, succeeds S. Mark Tyler, founder and chairman of OEM Fabricators, with operations in Woodville, Neillsville, and Phillips. "Sachin Shivaram`s commitment to workforce development is evident in his leadership of Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry, which continues to innovate in training workers from diverse backgrounds," Gov. Tony Evers said. "I also want to take this opportunity to applaud the service of Mark Tyler, whose vision for a thriving economy includes critical workforce supports such as access to technical education, child care, housing, and transportation.
