School of Medicine an Public Health: New community grants awarded by Wisconsin Partnership Program


MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin Partnership Program at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health is pleased to announce three new initiatives awarded through its Community Impact Grant Program.

The awards of up to $250,000 each over three years provide support to organizations that are developing distinct pathways to improvements in health and health care within diverse Wisconsin communities. The grant recipients are leading projects to strengthen health workforce development for rural Wisconsin, reduce isolation for people living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, and improve culturally competent health care for African immigrant women in Wisconsin...
