... Preliminary October unemployment rates declined in all 12 Wisconsin metro areas over the month, while those rates increased in all 12 areas over the past year.

33 of Wisconsin’s 35 largest cities saw rates decline compared to September, and the remaining two cities were unchanged over the same time.  Compared with 2022, rates increased in 33 of 35 cities and remained unchanged in two.
