New program bolsters state connections at Superior Entrepreneurship Center

SUPERIOR — The Superior Entrepreneurship Center has expanded its business startup toolkit with the addition of WiSys VentureHome.

The program connects statewide resources with local initiatives to provide entrepreneurs access to a wider menu of options. Superior is one of five VentureHome hubs in the state. The first was launched in Eau Claire in 2020. Other hubs are located in Green Bay, Oshkosh and Platteville.

Among the services VentureHome brings to the table are entrepreneur toolkits, access to research and technologies coming out of the University of Wisconsin System, legal strategy assistance and seed funding. The Superior hub also offers coworking space...
