Brookfield 203-unit affordable housing development gets $1 million state loan

The developer of a 203-unit affordable housing community in the city of Brookfield is getting a million-dollar boost from a state loan program.

Lincoln Avenue Capital`s Flats at Bishops Woods development is one of three projects in the state that`s been given $1 million from the state`s Vacancy-to-Vitality Loan Program in partnership with Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority.
