MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Gov. Evers and The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) announced Thursday that Nestlé Purina will be expanding its longtime facility in the city of Jefferson.The $195 million expansion will add 100 jobs to the production facility.
“Nestlé Purina has a more than 100-year history in our state, and we are excited to celebrate this world-class brand’s commitment to seeing many more years of continued success and local economic development in Wisconsin,” said Gov. Evers.
They plan to boost production of certain pet food by nearly 50%...
