Cornerstone Development has broken ground on a new location in Southeastern Wisconsin
January 16th -- Pewaukee, WI Cornerstone Development, a Wisconsin condo developer that focuses on the Greater Milwaukee area, has recently broken ground on another new location. They have complexes in Mukwonago and Sussex so far, and are in process of adding a community in Oconomowoc.
Now that the company has broken ground on the new community, they’re planning on a grand opening in July of 2015. The previous two communities have sold successfully, which led to the decision of Cornerstone Development to launch into a third Milwaukee suburb.
This Oconomowoc condo complex will feature 48 homes in the neighborhood, 14 of which are already sold. There will be a clubhouse and swimming pool in this community, along with quiet streets and walking paths.
