Wisconsin’s 11 Workforce Development Boards collaborate for statewide event series

MADISON — The Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (DWD), in partnership with Wisconsin’s 11 regional Workforce Development Boards, has launched the 2024 Winning with Wisconsin’s Workforce event series. These statewide events aim to provide talent attraction strategies, apprenticeship opportunities and other valuable resources for employers, education professionals and community leaders.

The Winning with Wisconsin’s Workforce event series, scheduled to run through June 30, will focus on empowering and employing young workers. Highlighting strategies such as Youth Apprenticeship and other work-based learning programs, these events are designed to equip participants with the tools needed to navigate the ever-evolving job market....
