Evers, WEDC Requests Release Of $10 Million To Promote Wisconsin Tourism

Governor Evers is doing a statewide tour that’s highlighting the National Travel and Tourism Week and Wisconsin’s tourism jobs and economy.

The governor and the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) today put in a request for the release of $10 million in approved funding. Wisconsin tourism had a record-breaking year in 2022, and the tourism industry generated $23.7 billion in economic impact.
