With the former Northridge Mall`s demolition continuing, the City of Milwaukee is hiring a local firm to help create a plan for what could replace it.Graef USA Inc., an engineering, planning and design firm, will provide planning, urban design and market analysis services for the Northridge site, at West Brown Deer Road and North 76th Street.
