USDA Invests $8.6M in High-Speed Internet for Wisconsin Counties


(TNS) — The U.S. Department of Agriculture is investing $8.6 million in rural Wisconsin internet expansion in Barron, Burnett and Washburn counties through the Community Connect Program. The investment is projected to aid 1,574 residents and 43 businesses in those counties.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture`s Rural Development Wisconsin State Director Julie Lassa announced the investment Friday.
